So I'm pretty sure many of you have heard about this documentary film "Good Hair."
The Sun Dance Film Festival Presented this film earlier this year.
Camera's follow around Comedian Chris Rock as he take a funny and yet serious approach to the myths behind "Good Hair" and "Bad Hair."
The documentary goes on a journey to hair salons and has deep discussing about everything we talk about. Styling, straightening, the ideas of beauty and the rule most black men know. ... never put your hands in a black woman's head.
Some in the film, refer to relaxers and perms as "creamy crack."
Good Hair will feature interviews from funny man Paul Mooney, Nia Long, Raven Symone and Al Sharpton just to name a few.
Earlier this year the film had limited screenings, but there is some good news for those interested.
The film is expected to hit theaters this October.
